How do I calculate how much tile I need for my project?
We recommend measuring your total square footage and adding a 10-15% 'overage' to account for cuts, breaks, or future repairs. Our customer service team is available to help you with specific calculations if you provide your dimensions.
Are your mosaic tiles suitable for saltwater pools?
Yes, the majority of our glass and porcelain mosaics are specifically designed to withstand the chemicals and salt found in modern swimming pools, as well as extreme temperature fluctuations.
What is your shipping policy for fragile glass tiles?
We use specialized packaging and heavy-duty crating to ensure your tiles arrive intact. All orders are shipped via insured carriers, and we offer free shipping on qualifying domestic orders over a specific value.
Can I request a sample before placing a full order?
Absolutely. We highly recommend ordering samples to see the colors and textures in your specific lighting. Samples can be ordered directly from the product page and are usually shipped via USPS within 1-2 business days.
What is your return policy for overstock tiles?
We accept returns on unopened, full boxes of tile within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and custom-made or clearance mosaics are generally final sale.
Do you offer professional installation services?
AquaBlu Mosaics is a product supplier, not a contractor. However, we provide detailed installation guides and can offer advice on the types of thin-set and grout required for our specific glass and porcelain products.
