At AquaBlu Mosaics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your tile or pool mosaic doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of delivery for most items in their original condition.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.
- 2.Prepare the Shipment
Carefully repackage the tiles in their original packaging and secure them to a pallet if necessary to ensure no breakage occurs during transit.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the return label and ship the items back to our designated warehouse; we recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned materials, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
